Project Description

This project pertains to the architectural design of a small private residence intended as a secondary home for a family of four. The study focused on organizing functional internal and external spaces that respond to everyday family use and the particular conditions of the site. Clear spatial planning and compliance with applicable building regulations were central to the design approach, ensuring technical coherence and effective permitting coordination.
