Project Description
The project concerns the architectural design of a four-storey residential building with apartments for sale, on an urban plot in Saranta Ekklisies Thessaloniki. The design is informed by the analysis of the investment scenario, the site’s spatial parameters, and the regulatory framework, resulting in an efficient use of the permitted buildable volume and a commercially competitive residential product.
