Project Description
The project concerned the architectural design and permitting of the conversion of an existing office floor, with a total area of 727 sqm, into a residential development. The study focused on adapting the existing structure to contemporary residential requirements, with particular emphasis on clear spatial organization, functional efficiency, and compliance with the applicable planning and building regulations. Special attention was given to the rational distribution of spaces and the coordination of the architectural study with the remaining technical disciplines, in order to ensure a smooth permitting process and effective construction implementation.
The office’s contribution to the project included:
–Architectural design and development of the spatial program, including material selection and the design of integrated bathrooms and built-in elements (kitchens and wardrobe
– Coordination and collaboration with MEP engineering consultants
– Preparation and coordination of the building permit documentation
– Production of detailed construction drawings and technical documentation to support the construction process
– Supervision of construction works
