Polis luxury apartments hotel is a conversion of a residential building near the historic center of Thessaloniki. eNJOY architects aimed to create urban, cohesive, minimalistic and hospitable spaces, while maintaining the original set up of the studios and apartments.

We don’t just build unique spaces, we create experiences
Due to low budget constraints, we preserved kitchens and bathrooms, and decorated the rest of the rooms and common areas, introducing clean lines, uncluttered surfaces and rich textures. The custom made and ready furniture is efficient, simple and minimal. The natural light, the combination of earthy and grey tone-on-tone shades and the balance of cool and warm materials exudes a feeling of peace and coziness in all the areas.
