Project Description
The project concerns the architectural design of six family holiday homes in Chalkidiki. The design responds to the site’s spatial parameters and local scale, supporting indoor–outdoor living suited to the Mediterranean climate. Although conceived for holiday use, the spatial organization and overall comfort also support year-round living, reflected in the fact that three of the six homes were acquired for permanent residence. Interior spaces combine generous ceiling heights, natural light, and a restrained material palette, creating a calm and adaptable residential environment.
eNJOY architects’ contribution to the project included:
– Architectural design based on the project’s investment scenario, spatial parameters, and building regulations
– Architectural coordination of associated studies, ensuring coherence of key project decisions
– Alignment of design choices with cost control and the project’s commercial objectives
– Substantiated architectural proposal fully aligned with the criteria of the competent authorities, including the issuance of the building permit
