Project Description
The project concerns the subdivision of an existing apartment in the center of Thessaloniki into two independent student studios. The design is informed by the investor’s business plan and spatial constraints, organizing two clearly defined units with functional autonomy, enabling efficient use of the property and effective residential living.
eNJOY architects’ contribution to the project included:
– Architectural study for the subdivision
– Selection of materials and design of built-in elements and custom furniture as an integral part of the architectural design
– Selection of materials, lighting fixtures, and furniture in relation to the functional and investment objectives of the project
– Coordination and collaboration with the MEP engineering consultant
– Preparation and coordination of the documentation for the issuance of the building permit
– Construction supervision
